With over 20 years of senior commercial leadership experience, I bring independent, real world strategic expertise built from operating at Commercial Director level within the roofing industry and beyond.
Alongside leading Elevate, I am a Board Member and Honorary Treasurer of the Institute of Roofing, and Chair of Raise the Roof, where I have worked tirelessly to raise standards, capability and professionalism across the industry.
In 2019, I helped establish a dedicated roofing industry training centre in partnership with Juniper Training, addressing critical skills gaps and supporting the development of future talent.
This frontline involvement gives me a deep understanding of the commercial, operational and people challenges roofing businesses face today.
I am proud to have been recognised as one of the Top 100 Women in Construction 2025 and to be a Fellow of The 5% Club, reflecting my ongoing commitment to education, inclusion and long term workforce development.
